When you are in St. Thomas, there is no wrong answer to the question “what beach do you want to go to today?” But Sapphire Beach is truly special. We decided we should go back one more time. We stayed until the sun went down because everyone knew this would be last time we would experience the beauty of the Caribbean water.

Our last day on the beach was filled with drinks, great food, laughter, warm water and face-time phone calls to our best friends. Jaguar definitely crushed this day.

On the way back Rose decided the men would do all the cooking and cleaning for our last dinner together. And we did. Grilled burgers, baked potatoes, rice and cheese cake were on the short menu. Lots of laughs and reliving our favorite moments from our vacation. It was truly wonderful. We then watched the Jaguar video of our band 30 years ago. Together. In the place it was recorded. It was the perfect ending to our last evening in the Virgin Islands.
